She is a yoga and pilates teacher on the side and is absolutely engaged with your practice. I was curious if I supplied the yoga studio what the cost would be to have you here either on the weekend of June 21st or the 28th to complete a private training for my wife's birthday.. satln asked: hey patrick i was wondering what i can do about sore shoulders. i've been practicing yog a for about a year and am currently doing it 6 days a week and would say I'm pretty good... but in the last few months my shoulders have been so sore to the point that it interferes with my practice and was wondering what i could so about it! if you have any suggestions that would be great
take time to rest! notice if you carry tension in your shoulders. when things come up that stress you out where does your body naturally tighten up. if it is your shoulders be mindful of that because those kinds of things can lead to being really sore. a few stretches i like
-place your hands flat on a table, wrap your triceps down and in, lower your chest and shoulders below the table. hold the position to where it feels comfortable
-lay flat on your belly, open your arms up like a T with elbows in line with shoulders, roll onto one side of your body, hold for as long as you see fit, and switch.
-lay on your belly, open your arms up like a cactus or a field goal post with elbows in line with shoulders, roll onto one side of your body, hold for as long as you see fit and switch
-lay on your belly, lift your chest off the ground coming into sphynx pose (forearms down, chest lifted), slide one arm underneath the other, slide the other arm over top, lay your chest on top of your arms, use your body weight to help you open and create space. switch sides after you have held for a good amount of time you choose.

i eat a lot! i don’t really have a choice because i practice a lot. i don’t monitor my intake but try and eat really clean food. a lot of vegetables, fruits and meat. i do my best to eat as little processed food as possible.
