happy saturday everyone, today’s #febfloatweek transition is a tough one, going from handstand to side crow! even if you don’t do the full transition playing with side crow is part of the #balancearmy that @laurasykora and @fitqueenirene are doing, it is a fun pose I recommend you trying! focus on leaning the chest forward while keeping it lifted, stacking both legs on one arm, and lifting through he core so the feet can lightly float off the floor.
